Scripture: Psalm 122:1-9

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the
manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
Hebrews 10:25 (KJV)

When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable. Many go to church but do not know why they do so. It is vital to understand why you are a part of the church. Do not simply go to church because you consider it fun or because you think the church has the class of individuals you desire to connect and associate with.
As a Child of God, there are immense gains accruable to you as a member of His Church.

The Church is like the New Testament end time ark of Noah to rescue mankind (Luke 12:32-34). Just like Noah brought the animals in pairs to ensure their safety and preservation, the body of Christ is a family that provides the care and support every member needs to survive and thrive. It is important; therefore, that no one is isolated or left behind.

Isolation is a precondition for the attack of the enemy. When you are isolated, you have no support network (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). Stay connected to other members so you can grow and thrive in a
healthy environment of love and community. You also need to contribute to the body to foster love. Do not be a critic that antagonizes others, rather seek ways to strengthen and promote love and unity. Together, we can put thousands of enemies to flight and move the church of God forward to fulfill God's purpose on earth.

REMEMBER TO ATTEND: MAP Meeting (Home Fellowship) tomorrow

PRAYER: Lord, bind me to your body so I may thrive and fulfill purpose on earth in Jesus name.

FAITH BYTE: I will not forsake the body of Christ which is my family. I will help to grow a church full of love.
