HELP IN THE VISIT

Scripture: Acts 7:20-24

"And when he was full forty years old, it came
into his heart to visit his brethren the children of Israel." Act7:23(KJV)

Feedback: Share the joy of gratitude.

Sometimes the solution to your problem lies in your relationship with others. Have you ever been in a situation where you needed someone's help urgently? Maybe you were going through very tough and difficult times, feeling so lonely, or desperately in need to talk to someone.
Or have you ever had a burden in your heart to visit or call someone who could need encouragement?

Although Moses was well learned and had a high reputation among the Egyptians, he did not abandon his brethren who were slaves. He did not see himself as too highly placed to interact with them. Many people are so caught up with their work, job, and businesses that they isolate themselves from others. All some people need is a simple word of encouragement, call or visit to get them out of depression.

You can be of great help to someone in trouble. Don’t allow the devil to deceive you into thinking that you are too busy or too big to relate with people. Many times, it is when you visit other brethren that you really know what they are going through. Make it a habit to visit, and know how others are faring and God will also send helpers in your time of need. Be your brother's keeper.

Reflection: In what way(s) am I neglecting the people am supposed to love?

PRAYING: Lord, make me a channel of blessing through which you can give someone a solution to his/her problems today in Jesus name.

FAITH BYTE: I am my brothers' keeper. I walk in love with my brethren.

This Week Walk of Faith: Locate at least two persons this week, you will visit and show kindness to for the sake of your love for God.
