Scripture: 2 Samuel 3:1-12
“Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault.” Jude 1:24 (NLT)
God does not make mistakes and his will (when we believe) will always come to pass irrespective of obstacles, barriers or oppositions. As a Christian, once you know the will of God for your life, you do not need to struggle for its fulfillment; instead, be calm and believe in God for it to come to pass.
When David was anointed as king of Israel, he only ruled over Judah but God used Abner to help him gain support from the people of Israel. Eventually, David gained control over the rest of the land and he ruled over the whole of Israel. David’s army and kingdom was made stronger than Saul’s by God Almighty through the help of Abner.
The word of God says that once your ways are pleasing to God, he will cause even your enemies to be at peace with you. Therefore, you do not have to worry about opposition or obstacles in your way. Instead, look unto Jesus the author and finisher of your faith (Heb. 12:2). If God has said this is where you ought to be or this is what you ought to do, do not worry or be bothered about how you are going to achieve it or who is going to help you. God will always mobilize help for you. He will cause men to favour you and bring his will to fulfillment in your life. All you need to do is to believe him to perfect every good work he has started in your life.

FAITH BYTE:
My path is shining brighter unto perfection as I depend on God.
PRAYER:
Lord, teach me to do your will even as you continue to perfect that which concerns me in Jesus name, Amen.
