THE WORD WORKS

Scripture: 2 Kings 6:24-7:33

“And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a
performance of those things which were told her from the Lord”
Luke 1:45 (KJV)

Elijah said “hear ye the word of the Lord”, he was giving them a word, just a word to settle their problems. You are receiving a word from the Lord now in Jesus name.

Your life, family business etc may have been besieged but I am announcing to you today that the siege is over.
He said hear ye the word of the Lord, and faith comes by hearing the word of the Lord. So at the instance of releasing the word, faith has been transmitted but the King’s economic adviser doubted the word. When you exercise your faith in God’s word, the result is victory.… “And this is the victory that overcomes the world even our faith” (1 John 5:4b).

Faith will give you a good report but doubt will give you a bad report. The Bible says in Hebrew 11, that by faith the elders obtained a good report. God was giving Israel a solution, an answer but somebody was challenging the answer with doubt and unbelief. Every time God gives you a word, don’t doubt! Put the word of God in your lips and declare it. The word works!

PRAYER: Every spirit of doubt and unbelief, be destroyed in Jesus Name.

FAITH BYTE: I believe the word of God, I put my faith to work and I have victory.
