Here on earth, people do not always fulfill every promise they have made. This is because there is so much that is beyond our human capacity and ability. But this is not so with God. He has everything in his possession and he can provide for his children as he wills. With God, there is no fear of your request being too big, great or small. He has the ability to give as much as you want. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof; therefore there is nothing on earth that our heavenly father cannot give to you if you ask. His power reaches from the spiritual gifts to every material gift you can think of.
Solomon could have asked God for wealth and power to dominate the world, but instead, he asked for wisdom. God being pleased with his request granted him wisdom and added to it riches and fame. You can always depend on God to provide you with your heart desires. As the All-sufficient God, there is nothing too great for Him. Some people have very big dreams and desires but are afraid to bring it before God because they feel it may be too big and un-achievable.
As a child of God, you have free access to ask anything you want from God; He has given you a blank cheque to request anything from him. Be confident that you shall have whatsoever you desire from God (1 Jn. 5:14-15). Utilize the opportunity God has given you by asking him for whatever you desire and he will grant your request according to his will.
PRAYER
Lord, help me to always acknowledge your all sufficient power in my life in Jesus name.
