A Spirit-filled life requires a moment-by-moment dependence on the Holy Spirit. A Spirit-filled person is not self-willed, but rather is submissive to God’s authority. According to Galatians chapter 5 verse 16, you must ignore the lustful desires of the flesh and rely on the leading of the Holy Spirit
alone.

The spirit-filled person is under no law because he is controlled by the One whose fruits are good. He does not need the law because the Holy Spirit controls and regulates his actions.
Imagine for a moment what the result would be if we allowed the Holy Spirit charge over our individual lives. Countries all over the world would save millions in monetary terms because there would be no need to set and enforce laws (Galatians 5:22-23). This may sound insane or foolish to the unbeliever but the truth is the world needs Spirit-filled people.

As a Spirit-filled believer, are you going to take your place in the world? Are you going to commit to filling the world with your good fruits? The world needs you, a believer free from the vices of sin and death (Galatians 5:19-21). Continue to grow in the power of the Holy Spirit so you can share the love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance that only the Holy Spirit can give. The world needs it.

Reflection: Is there anyone that I need to forgive for the wrong they did to me?

PRAYER: Lord, fill me up with the power of the Holy Spirit so I can influence the world with your fruits in Jesus name.

FAITH BYTE: I am a Spirit-filled believer. My life bears good fruit.

This Week Walk of Faith: List out those you will need to forgive and use this
opportunity to share the love of God with them.
